The result, a unique interpretation of Cologne which takes you on an incredible sensory trip across freshness, intensity and time.
The Perfume: Kologne, Shield of protection takes a classic out to party. With luminous citrus notes throughout, Kologne, Shield of protection is a splash of freshness. The fragrance debuts with refreshing notes of green mandarin, bitter orange and mint leading into a heart of rosemary and neroli. A woodsy drydown is built around cedarwood, cashmeran and and a unique “sap” accord of green vegetal notes. Created as a shield of protection, it is a fragrance to spray around oneself like an aura of purity and vitality.
AUTHOR – Calice Becker
Born in France to a family of pre-revolutionary Russian immigrants, Calice Becker has earned the love and respect for scent, the traditional art of crafting scents. With a keen sense of smell and a good sense of smell from an early age, she entered the largest perfumery school in Grasse, Roure-Bertrand-Dupont (now Givaudan Perfume School).
After graduating from Quest International University, Becker trained under Francoise Caron, Becker became a pioneer for the generation of female Perfumer and modern perfumers. Featuring J’Adore Christian Dior, one of the most loved and best-selling pieces in the world to date.
Calice Becker became the main Perfumer who co-created By Kilian with Kilian Hennessy. While Kilian has many beautiful natural ingredients and rare, expensive distillation, Becker is extremely adept at modern synthetics and has since created one of the most famous perfume houses. niche and mass market in terms of scent and art.
After excellently receiving the Lifetime Achievement Perfumer award at The Fragrance Foundation Awards. In June 2021, Calice Becker has officially become Vice President Perfumer and training director at the prestigious Givaudan perfumery school.
