To access and use certain services at scentury.vn, you may be required to register with personal information (Email, Full Name, Phone Number, etc.). All information provided must be accurate and lawful. We shall not be liable for any legal issues arising from the information you declare.

Customers are strictly prohibited from using any part of this website for commercial purposes or on behalf of any third party without our prior written consent.

Customers are also strictly prohibited from using tools, programs, or any acts intended to unlawfully interfere with the system or alter the data structure of Scentury Concept, as well as any actions aimed at disseminating or encouraging activities to disrupt, sabotage, or illegally access our data. Should Scentury Concept detect acts of forgery, fraud, or distribution of unlawful information, we reserve the right to provide customer information to the competent authorities in accordance with the law.

Intellectual Property and Copyright

All intellectual property rights (registered or unregistered), content, and all designs, texts, graphics, images, videos, source codes, and underlying software are our exclusive property. The entire content of this website is protected by Vietnamese copyright laws and international conventions. All rights are reserved.

Governing Law

The Terms and Conditions of this website are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the unauthorized use of this website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Vietnam.

Return and Exchange Policy

Scentury Concept does not currently accept product returns.

Customers may request an exchange in the following cases:

  • The product was purchased directly from Scentury Concept with complete order information.

  • The product is defective due to transportation or manufacturing, such as being broken, dented, cracked, scratched, leaking perfume, or having packaging inconsistent with the official published image.

Transportation-related defects must be recorded at the time of delivery when inspected with the courier, or customers must provide an unboxing video and retain all packaging and shipping labels.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receipt of the product.

Defective products may be exchanged for one of the following:

  • A new product of the same type.

  • A new product of equal value.

  • A new product of higher value (with the customer paying the price difference).

  • A new product of lower value (with no refund of the difference).

If the product you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will replace it with the same product once the new shipment arrives.

All costs incurred from the exchange will be covered by Scentury Concept. However, original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Warranty Policy

Products are covered by the warranty policy of the respective brand.

Inspection Policy

Our logistics partners will receive parcels from Scentury Concept, inspect the goods for quantity and packaging integrity, and prepare a handover record with us.

A parcel is deemed complete once the partner has signed the delivery record or product handover note.

Upon delivery, the partner’s courier will remain on-site while the recipient inspects the goods. No additional fees will be charged for this process.

  • If the actual goods do not match the order information (invoice, delivery note) due to errors not caused by the logistics partner, the partner will prepare a report as a witness.

  • If the discrepancy is due to the logistics partner, they will prepare a goods report and return the shipment to Scentury Concept for resolution.
