“Although established in 2017, it wasn’t until 2020 that Scentury Concept could refine its working model with a true niche perfumer. The choice of our first perfumer partner was filled with artistic ambition: The story – the people – the emotions – the scent. We disregarded perhaps the most important aspect for a small, newly established company – whether it would sell or not. Whether subconsciously or intentionally, we no longer remember, nor do we try to remember.

For the first time, Scentury Concept became the exclusive distributor of a perfumer, and for the first time, meo fusciuni worked with a brand in Asia. We chose to collaborate for all the reasons one could think of. Due to the complex nature of fragrance, and our experience in the vast artistic identity, the process of studying meo fusciuni’s works took several months, and it wasn’t until June 2020 that Scentury Concept officially introduced these artistic fragrances to Vietnam.

The launch event for meo fusciuni was also the first time we expressed our artistic viewpoint. The photos taken and the writings created were not just personal but also embodied the hopes of our cherished customers. In the end, we found ourselves lying on the floor, gazing at the thoughts chasing each other on the ceiling. The headaches, back pains, and neck cramps were accompanied by a sense of freedom, like lines of poetry filled with emotions. And the pride in knowing that you feel the same way.”
