Du Bar is an independent project, rooted in the desire to offer a multi-sensory artistic experience of scent at Scentury Concept. Here we found the final piece of that experience – taste, which the sense of smell plays the most important role in shaping.

Each type of liquor has its aroma. That is why there is a meeting of the roots and the companion perfume. Each oscillation brings with it the meticulousness of flavor and taste from the bartender. Where we can taste our favorite scent, not just feel it in the air anymore.

At Du Bar, we re-scented the perfume through the contours of the alcohol, rewriting the story of the original work with a bit of touch so that it could be drinkable. The complex layers of flavors are meticulously crafted, so anyone can enjoy their niche cocktail.

Some people see Du Bar as a place to stop on the way home, others see Du Bar as a destination for escapes from reality, or sometimes part of an indefinable concept of ‘home’. town.
